In short: ArbrTech uses analytics and advertising cookies only if you accept them, uses contact form details only to reply to you, and never sells personal data. Change your cookie settings.
1. Who is responsible
This website, arbrtech.com (“ArbrTech”), is run by Ataullah Behesti in Finland, who is the data controller for the personal data described here. For privacy questions, use the contact form.
2. What data is collected and why
Contact form. Your name, email address, subject and message are sent by email so I can reply. Legal basis: your request and legitimate interest in answering it (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). Messages are kept only as long as needed, normally no longer than two years.
Comments. If you comment, your name, email address, optional website, comment and IP address are stored to display and moderate the comment. Your email address is never shown. An anonymised string created from your email address may be sent to Gravatar to show a profile picture.
Analytics (only with consent). With your consent, Google Analytics measures visits and popular pages using cookies and information about your device and browser. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. Legal basis: consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
Advertising (only with consent). The site may show ads from Google AdSense. With consent, Google may use cookies to personalise and measure ads; without consent, no advertising cookies are set and only limited ads may appear. See how Google uses data from partner sites.
Affiliate links. Some guides may contain clearly marked affiliate links. If you buy through them, the shop may pay a small commission; the shop’s own privacy policy applies on its site.
Server logs and fonts. The hosting server records technical data such as IP address and pages requested, for security and operation (legitimate interest). Fonts may be loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address.
3. Cookies
You choose optional cookies in the cookie banner and can change your choice any time via Cookie settings at the bottom of each page.

4. Who receives data
- Hostinger: web hosting in the EU.
- Google: email delivery (Gmail), Google Analytics, Google AdSense, Google Fonts and Search Console. Google may process data in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses.
- Automattic (Gravatar): only when you comment.
- Personal data is never sold.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent at any time, and receive your data in a portable format where applicable.
Send requests through the contact form. You can also complain to the Finnish Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman.
6. Changes
This policy may be updated when the website changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
